How do I make a reservation?
You can book online through our website by selecting pickup/drop-off locations, date, time, and vehicle. You’ll receive instant confirmation with booking details. Alternatively, contact us directly for phone bookings.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed availability. However, we accept last-minute bookings subject to vehicle availability and often accommodate same-day requests.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes, you can make bookings for third parties. Simply provide the passenger’s contact details and any special requirements during the booking process. The booking confirmation will include all necessary information.
What information do I need to provide when booking?
You’ll need pickup and drop-off locations, date, time, number of passengers, contact details, and flight information (for airport transfers). Any special requests should be mentioned during booking.
Do you accept group bookings?
Absolutely! We accommodate groups of all sizes with our Mercedes Vito (up to 8 passengers) or multiple vehicles for larger groups. Contact us for special group rates and coordination.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment system. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
What is your cancellation policy?

How do I cancel or modify my booking?
Visit our Contact page, select “Modify/Cancel Booking” as the subject, include your booking reference code and reason. We’ll process your request within 24 hours and send confirmation.
Are there any hidden fees or charges?
No hidden fees ever. Our pricing is completely transparent with all costs displayed upfront. The price you see during booking is exactly what you pay, with no surprise charges.

What vehicles are available in your fleet?
Our premium fleet includes: MG ZS Compact SUV (5 passengers), Mercedes E-Class Executive (4 passengers), and Mercedes Vito Long VIP (8 passengers). All vehicles are fully insured and professionally maintained.
What's included in the transfer service?
All transfers include professional driver, luggage assistance, and 24/7 support. Mercedes Vito transfers include complimentary bottled water with additional beverages available upon request.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, we provide child seats and booster seats upon request during booking. Please specify the age and size requirements for each child to ensure proper safety equipment is available.
Can you accommodate special requests or stops?
Absolutely! We can arrange additional stops, specific routes, meet & greet services, and other special requirements. Mention your needs during booking or contact us to discuss custom arrangements.
Are your drivers licensed and experienced?
